My name is Ryan Phillips and my little helper (the cat) is Manu ;) 

I have been a freelance Personal Trainer for almost 2 decades. It's my life's passion to help people overcome their health and fitness challenges so that they can be the best and happiest versions of themselves - I reckon I love it as much as my clients love their results!

In order to satisfy the needs of my clients who would travel away frequently or be reluctant to exercise in a commercial gym around other people, for the last 10 years I've been helping people online to lose weight, improve their fitness and feel healthier and happier about themselves.

I personally coach you every step of the way and hold you accountable from a distance so you don't need to be local to me.
