Online Standard Package includes...
A 30 mins Skype consultation, Free of charge and no obligation.
- A copy of my Bodyweight Workout DVD (downloadable) to follow on your own an agreed amount of times per week.
- A 60 minute 1:1 Skype training session every 4 week block to run through of the training program to personalize the routine to your needs and make sure your techniques are all safe and effective.
- As an optional extra (+ £50) I can design you a bespoke training program if you're currently training at a gym or have any other specific goals besides weight loss.
- Weekly Skype coaching calls (up to 10 minutes each) for accountability, setting new weekly process goals, to catch up on your weekly progress and any questions/concerns you might have regarding your exercise, diet and lifestyle modifications.
- A progress log spreadsheet to record your body weight, body measurements and any fitness/strength tests we decide to do including detailed instructions on how to do them.
- Personalised meal plan creation (1x60 minute session) based on your current body composition, goals, deadlines, food preferences and lifestyle.
For both packages, once sessions are mutually agreed and booked in any cancellations are chargeable. The 10mins calls are easier to reschedule so if you can't make our agreed time there's a chance I may be able to fit it in on another day in the same week but if not there are no carryovers into the following week or credits given for missed appointments.
