From a young age I've been involved in various sports, primarily martial arts which developed much of my mobility and confidence. I later on discovered resistance training, with a effective and sustainable mentality I've managed to train for 8 years injury free. I am very much conscious of the benefits its brought to myself both physically and psychologically, and after years of experience and learning, I've decided to make it my career, hoping to bringing those same benefits into other people's lives.
Currently in the sports industry and ever advancing science there is much to learn (and "unlearn"!), and with an open mind and a commitment to true, research based evidence I'm constantly learning, currently coursing in nutrition (personal passion of mine) I aim to further my knowledge in mobility and strength and conditioning.

After qualifying as a level 3 PT in 2017, I started running classes and group training sessions at my local boxing gym. This first step in the fitness industry gave me the confidence to run large group exercises and work with teens. In 2018 I moved to Eco Gym where I continued teaching group training sessions along with one to one Personal Training. In this environment people were more interested in improving their general health, body composition, losing weight and building muscle. It was here I've honed my craft as a 1:1 Personal Trainer, understanding clients needs, carefully building their programme and making sure they could make the most out of their training.
