Set the countdown timer on your mobile phone for 1 minute, get into position first then hit the start button and do as many reps as you can before the bell, even if you need to stop for a rest if you've got time left keep trying until the bell. Make sure to keep perfect technique even when you're getting tired! If you can do full Push-Ups then do those, just keep perfect technique! Make a note of how many reps you did in total on the sheet in the "Week 1" column???????
