Test 3 - 12 meter Shuttle Run in 60 seconds...

Set up 2 points around 12m (40ft) apart (if you don't have that much space just use the most space you have available in a straight line). Each 12 meters lap equals 1 rep, so count how many you can do in 60 seconds and make a note of how many reps you did in total in the corresponding cell in your stats sheet.
