"I joined Ryan's online Back On It 6-Week Challenge because I wanted to lose weight, feel better in myself and finally get back into some of my old clothes.
As a single mum with a 7 year old, going to the gym was not realistic for me, so being able to do everything from home was perfect. The workout videos were very easy to follow and only 15–20 minutes, so even on busy days I could find the time to do them. I definitely wasn't able to get any results on my own and realised I needed someone who actually knows what they're doing and has had years of experience!
I lost just over 4kg in 6 weeks and centimetres from my waist, thighs and other areas. My clothes fitted much better, my body was getting toned and strong. But the biggest change was how much more energy I had during the day and how much more confident I felt in myself! My friends and colleagues were asking me what I had done and even told me I looked 10 years younger!
The recipe pack was also a huge help. It gave my diet structure without making me feel like I was on a boring or restrictive diet. The food was delicious, easy to prepare and I always knew what I should be eating. It helped me loads with getting a hold on my cravings.
Ryan was professional but also very personal and supportive. He was there every step of the way, checking my progress, keeping me accountable and giving encouragement when I needed it. I never felt like I was just another person doing an online programme.
I am very happy with my results and would definitely recommend Ryan and this challenge to anyone who wants a kickstart to getting back into shape but needs some guidance and support to do it."
